VetClaimGuide is a personal document organizer for veterans preparing their own VA claims. We are not accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs, we are not a law firm or claims agent, and we do not prepare, present, or prosecute VA claims for anyone. Filing a VA claim is always free at VA.gov, and free one-on-one claim help is available from VA-accredited Veterans Service Organizations (VSOs); find accredited help at va.gov/ogc/accreditation. This kit only helps you organize your own records and thoughts. No rating or outcome is promised.

Is this legal advice?
No. VetClaimGuide is a document preparation and organization tool. We do not provide legal advice, file claims on your behalf, or represent veterans before the VA. We help you organize evidence and generate templates that you review with your doctor or VSO before submission.
Can I use this for an increase or supplemental claim?
Yes. The evidence organizer covers a first claim, a claim for an increase, adding a new condition, and gathering evidence after a denial. You pick your claim stage and your conditions, and the evidence checklist and worksheets are built around what you selected. The buddy statement templates and free generators work for any type of filing.
What conditions does it cover?
The evidence organizer covers the most common VA claim categories: musculoskeletal, hearing, mental health, sleep apnea, migraines, skin, and respiratory or burn pit exposure, plus an "other" option for anything not listed. The free nexus letter, buddy statement, and personal statement generators are fill-in-the-blank templates that work for any condition, since you supply your own details.
How accurate is the rating estimator?
The rating estimator uses official VA math (combined ratings table) to calculate your estimated combined rating. The math is exact. However, actual ratings depend on the severity level assigned by the VA after review of your evidence, so individual results vary.
Do I still need a VSO?
VetClaimGuide is not a replacement for a Veterans Service Organization. Many veterans use both. A VSO provides free representation. VetClaimGuide provides document preparation tools and templates so your claim package is as complete as possible regardless of whether you also use a VSO.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Every one-time purchase of the VA Claim Evidence Organizer is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not what you needed, email support@vetclaimguide.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full, no forms and no hoops. Full details are on our refund policy page.
